chose this article because I think it may help all of us to fix or
escape some problems with mental health. I will use some of these tips
if one of my friends or I need some support during the studying, especially during the most difficult time for all students - session.
Almost
80% of students suffered from mental health problems last years.
University Mental Health day was founded in order to help students to
boost the feelings during the day and make every life a little bit
happier using some methods such as talking to tutors, talking to peers,
seeking comfort online for those who are not ready to talk to someone they know considering an Internet to be a safe heaven, improving daily routine, using apps (Headspace,
Emodjis) and supporting others. Using these advice one can make the
studying fascinating and unforgettable!

As I explained several times during the classes one of the difficulties of writing a good summary is to find the right balance between the general information and specific details without which it is difficult to understand what in the end the article is about. Also, it is not written according to the pattern it had to be.
